E4D University, D4D’s state-of-the-art education facility, is dedicated to advancing dentistry through utilization of the latest technologies, materials, and techniques. With over 9200 square feet, the facility features multiple classrooms/lecture halls, a business center, and a café, as well as the Operatory of the Future and the Imaging Integration Center for display and demonstration.

The faculty of dental, education, and communications professionals provides an array of basic and advanced training courses, self-paced tutorials, and video, print and online training materials.

 

Continuing Education (CE)

The American Dental Association Continuing Education Recognition Program (CERP), the Academy of General Dentistry Program Approval for Continuing Education (PACE), the Dental Assisting National Board, and the National Board for Certification for Dental Laboratory Technology have approved D4D Technologies as a provider of continuing education. The relevant organization is noted on the course catalog page herein and the participant’s individual CE letter which is provided at the end of the class.

E4D University courses provide educational content of two types: training on how to use an E4D product and dental education that is not specific to the use of an E4D product. Dental education other than product training is eligible for CE credit under the above programs' guidelines.

E4D University is a unit of D4D Technologies LLC, which is partially owned by 3M ESPE, Ivoclar Vivadent, and Henry Schein Dental.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted using the online registration center.

If your cancellation is received:

• 16 or more calendar days before the date of the class, you will not be charged and will not incur any cancellation fee.
• 6 to 15 calendar days before the class, you will not be charged for registering, but a non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will be charged for each canceled registrant.
• 0 to 5 calendar days before the class, you will be charged the FULL value of the class for each canceled registrant and will forfeit any applicable discounts. You will receive a certificate to attend a future class of your choice and will incur an additional $50 processing fee to receive this certificate. Certificate expires after six months.
• Failing to attend the class without prior written communication to E4D University will result in all fees being non-refundable for each no-show participant. NO certificate or credit will be given towards future classes.

Travel Policy

If your participation requires travel, please consult us before making any travel arrangements; on rare occasions, we may cancel a class due to low registration numbers. This decision is made based on the number of registrants 15 calendar days prior to the date of the class. In the unlikely event that your class is canceled, we will notify you by phone or fax and you will not be billed for the class. To be safe, consider booking travel that is refundable or transferable. D4D Technologies, LLC does not reimburse for purchased travel tickets and other incurred expenses in the event of a class cancellation. Classes can be confirmed 15 calendar days prior to the class date. Any class may be canceled if enough seats are not filled. In the event of cancellation, all registrants will receive a full refund of their registration fees. However, D4D Technologies, LLC does not reimburse for purchased travel tickets and other incurred expenses in the event of a class cancellation.
