A comprehensive scanning, designing and milling system for lab use. The fabrication of full contour single unit glass ceramic restorations has never been easier, more complete, or more productive. The E4D LabWorks system features a handheld scanner with optional desktop holder for RapidScan™ touchless and clickless scanning. In just seconds, any model or impression can be scanned to create a virtual on-screen model with precise accuracy. Multiple images ensure complete coverage and an accurate reproduction for comprehensive design. E4D Clone™ enables you to copy precisely the preoperative, diagnostic or provisional model and duplicate it exactly in the final ceramic restorations.

A full suite of design tools, including Rubber Tooth™, provide the artistic control you desire with the functional aspects of automatic occlusion and contacts the profession requires. After the design is completed you can send it wirelessly to the included E4D Mill and within minutes your design is duplicated in high strength ceramic or composite (IPS Empress CAD, IPS e.max CAD, Paradigm C or Paradigm MZ100). A full complement of posterior and anterior libraries also makes the software and the process ideal for smile designs and with the included cutback library for anterior teeth, layering for complete esthetic control is even easier. Up to 16 restorations can be designed simultaneously for the complete restorative and esthetic solution.
