Course Description:

E4D University provides motivated dental assistants and technicians the opportunity to gain professional recognition and establish credibility and proficiency in many skills required in the modern dental office or laboratory through participation in the CAD CAM Dental Designer program. This self–paced course builds knowledge and skills to take the participant to the next level.

Course Objectives:

• Proficiency in CAD CAM restoration design from basic to advanced cases
• Proficiency in digital photography, knowledge of camera settings, patient positioning, and use of retraction devices
• Knowledge of E4D system terminology
• Competence in staining and glazing posterior and anterior ceramic restorations
• Participation in an online peer forum to learn from others and exchange information

Course Prerequisites:

Participation in any class at E4D University or demonstrated familiarity with E4D system (practical exam).

Course Schedule and Venue:

Self paced course that can be accomplished at the dental office or laboratory
